Rahini joined Ripley and Marshall Company (Pvt) Ltd, Vavuniya branch as Accounts and Audit Manager in 2015 and she is responsible for all the accounts, tax, administration and staff management. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2016 whilst at Ripley and Marshall. She is an expert in financial Management, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation and analysis. She is a friendly, approachable and self-motivated individual who can work well both within a team and individually.  

Rahini is a member of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACA) and holds a degree, Bsc in Estate Management and Valuation (Special) from University of Sri Jayewardenepura.  She started her career as an audit Trainee at a firm of chartered accountants in Colombo. During the four years work there, she has involved in different capacities, in planning conducting and finalization of audits of financial statements of many types of organizations operating in various industries including manufacturing, finance, trading, hotels, construction, & non- governmental organizations.She also involved in supervising & managing the team, resolving tax issues, liaison and co-ordination with client management on all instances in respect of the audit, accounting, tax, Secretarial practice and client service matters.
